Mobo Group is committed to fostering sustainable employment opportunities for people with disabilities.We are currently seeking a proactive NDIS expert to fill the newly created position of NDIS Project and Compliance Officer.About the role This is a full-time position based at our Hindmarsh Head Office, with responsibilities across all Mobo NDIS sites.The NDIS Project and Compliance Officer will ensure the Employee Development team comply with NDIS requirements, optimising their effectiveness in managing supported employees' development while meeting contractual obligations.Key Responsibilities Update and maintain NDIS participant information on relevant databases.Monitor compliance regarding NDIS service agreements and participant employment contracts.Ensure all claims are compliant and lodged on time. Monitor NDIS plans through the NDIS portal to ensure continuity of employment funding.Monitor the NDIS and DSS Portals to ensure Mobo processes are current.Conduct internal audits on Mobo's NDIS processes.Maintain and update knowledge of NDIS and provide advice to staff and managers.Project work to improve the services provided to NDIS participants.About You The primary requirement for this role is experience in customer service or relationship management within the NDIS sector.Essential Criteria: Proven experience in NDIS administration and/or compliance processes. Previous experience in a Support Coordinator role will be highly regarded.High level of computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and CRM databases. Certificate IV in Disability, or similar qualification.Current, or the ability to obtain, a NDIS Worker Check, a Working with Children Check and a National Police Clearance.
