Job Title: Admin Clerk/Receptionist
Dudley Private Hospital and Ramsay Surgical Centre Orange are seeking a skilled Admin Clerk/Receptionist to join their team.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration professional to take on a challenging role in a fast-paced environment. As an Admin Clerk/Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the hospital's operations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Ward Administration
* Front Reception
* Clinic bookings
* Patient admissions
* Processing patient Health Fund Information
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be confident in managing a busy flow of admissions and have a positive and welcoming customer service skillset.
You will also bring:
* Previous medical administration experience
* Experience managing patient pre-admissions (desirable)
* Confident in reviewing patient's health fund eligibility
* A positive and welcoming customer service skillset
* An understanding of medical terminology is preferable
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team
* Strong computer skills
* Any relevant administrative qualifications will be highly regarded
* The ability to work with minimal supervision
* Demonstrated data entry skills, including accuracy and speed
* Experience in Meditech (desirable)
