The role involves handling claims and queries related to suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, with the goal of investigating and remediating fraud related matters.
As a member of a high-performing team, you will be responsible for investigating claims of identity theft, allegations of fraud and halt any adverse/fraudulent activations and rectify customer issues.
Your day in the life of a Fraud Risk Analyst at Optus Utilise your strong fraud and/or credit assessment skills and conduct an effective investigation into allegations of fraudulent activity. Manage end to end case remediation for claims of identity theft or identity takeover. Support the Complex Investigations & Usage Fraud teams. Your skills to pay the bills Ability to complete fraud risk evaluation accurately and efficiently, ensuring best business practices are applied and followed. Telecommunications or Banking experience within a fraud operations, credit or investigations team. A sound understanding of telecommunications products. Experience with credit management initiatives, processes and systems. Strong reporting, tracking and trending skills. Perks we love at Optus 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
