Duties include but are not restricted to: Work in a fast-paced environment and be involved in assisting a portfolio of SME and Corporate clients across a broad range of industries. Sourcing and processing renewal quotes Quoting new business Placing cover through an online platform Assisting clients with inquiries Processing endorsements and cancellations Liaising with underwriters Liaising with internal stakeholders Assist with claims as required Other ad-hoc tasks as required About You Client focused with a passion for exceptional service delivery. Ability to work and solve problems autonomously. Process oriented, organised and structured with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication are also essential to this role.
