Job Description
As the Senior Team Assistant for South Australian Agribusiness division, you will be supporting a team of high performing sales executives. The focus of this role is to provide administrative support to these executives in order to produce accurate, timely and high-quality submissions and marketing documentation for clients.
Key requirements for this position include, but are not limited to:
o Updating the CRM database, including listing information and uploading to website as required or requested by operators to ensure that the client and property information is accurate.
o Preparation and formatting of high-level documents.
o Preparation, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, while dealing with external providers.
o Booking flights, hire car & accommodation for all team members.
o Tracking of all recoverable expenses from Colliers Finance monthly.
o Ansarada data room upload and administration.
o Processing & tracking invoicing.
o Coordinating client meetings and functions, including liaising with catering and room/venue booking.
Qualifications
To be successful in this challenging role, you will require:
o Exceptional organisation skills with timeline management, ability to deal simultaneously with several matters and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
o Ability to manage internal relationships to gain the best outcome for the Agribusiness team both in the office and remotely supporting our people on the road.
o Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Copilot AI with attention to detail and accuracy important.
o Skill and experience in preparing and proof-reading documents, including spelling and grammar attention to detail.
o InDesign & Smartsheet software experience is an advantage.
