LGC Traffic Management is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planning Logistics Assistant to support our busy Planning Department. This critical role helps ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) by coordinating route plans and photo run sheets for our field teams. Responsibilities Create accurate and logical run sheets and driving routes for traffic staff to photograph job sites Prioritise and schedule daily tasks based on planning requirements and upcoming works Liaise with planners and operations to ensure field staff are properly briefed and resourced Monitor completion of site photo tasks and ensure timely submission of required images Maintain a strong working knowledge of Perth’s suburbs and local road networks Assist the planning team with administrative tasks, document control, and record keeping About you Minimum 2 years of administrative experience. Excellent geographical knowledge of Perth and surrounding suburbs Proven background in administration, logistics, or scheduling Able to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure Strong communication skills and attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office and other planning software (or willing to learn) Organised, proactive, and a team player Experience using Monday.com (desirable) Why Join LGC Traffic Management?
