Fixed Term Full Time until November 2026 Salary Band 7: $102,311.38 - $113,818.75 plus 11.5% superannuation About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated individual to coordinate the effective delivery of the Latrobe City Local Development Strategy (LDS) in partnership with relevant stakeholders and State Government departments. In this role, you will supervise, deliver, and manage assigned projects from project inception, through to project delivery, reporting, and evaluation. Ensure proficient project management principles are utilized when planning and delivering projects within the LDS, and in alignment with partner and funding body expectations. Through the collaborative delivery of the Industry Development Program, you will diversify the economic opportunities and create new opportunities within Latrobe City. You will also establish and manage an appropriate governance structure and reporting process for the LDS project, and alignment with the expectations of the funding agreement.
About You You will be a dedicated professional with excellent knowledge in medium to large project support roles and sound knowledge of project coordination fundamentals. High level skills in managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, managing time, planning, and organizing your own work and that of others within defined timelines and despite conflicting pressures.
You'll also need: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline with some experience, or alternatively, substantial relevant experience in economic development, project coordination, administration, or other relevant field.Experience in budgeting and financial processes and contract administration.Skills in managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, managing time, planning, and organizing your own work and that of others within defined timelines and despite conflicting pressures.The successful applicant will be required to apply for and satisfactorily obtain a National Police Check and hold a valid employee Working with Children Check.
