My client is looking for an experienced Wheel and Tyre Salesperson to join their growing team. In this role, you will be providing customers with an outstanding customer service experience, guiding them to a decision that best meets their wants and needs.
Based in the coastal town of Byron Bay, this workshop has spent many years building a strong reputation within the community.
To be considered for this role, you must have held the same role recently, or be an experienced wheel and tyre fitter, looking to move to a front of house role. Salespeople from other industries will also be considered.
You will be working in a well-equipped and organised workshop, closely alongside your Service Manager, Service advisor, Mechanics, Tyre technicians and Wheel aligners to deliver an industry leading level of customer service.
Your day-to-day tasks would include.
* Administrative duties
* Attending to customers face-to-face
* Communicating with your team.
* Liaising with all staff on current and upcoming jobs in the workshop
* Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
* Handling and processing payments.
* Maintaining sales, receipts, bookings, and stock records
About you
* 2 or more years’ experience in automotive sales face-to-face customer service is highly desired, but not essential
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good time management and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment, but also unsupervised.
* Computer Literate
* Full Australian working rights
