Be a part of the leadership team, lead the Health and Safety framework across production and retail throughout Queensland.Drive and deliver HSE performance measures, overseeing the continuous improvement through the integration of safety and productivity.What you will enjoy doing The role will have you actively monitoring the Safety Management System performance and compliance along with maintaining the Safety Cases that support two Major Hazard Facilities, supporting external audits and compliance with QLD regulators.Develop and implement health and safety strategies across QLD in conjunction with National SHEQ teams to support improvement initiatives.Oversee hazard management, quality and environmental objectives across all QLD sites.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote continuous improvement and drive change in safety performance.Manage incidents, contractors, and safety compliance while driving safety initiatives.Prepare the operating budget within the Areas and support the annual GAP targets in the Deliver workstream, continual analysis and evaluation of achievement versus plan.Strive to achieve challenging productivity, profit, service, growth and safety targets.
