Job Title: Patient Services Clerk
We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate individual to provide exceptional service as a Patient Services Clerk at Port Pirie Health Service within the Yorke & Northern LHN.
About the Role:
* Handle the provisional registration of all inpatients, both planned and unplanned.
* Deliver a high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative service to clients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive support for all clients either by personal presentation or via telephone.
* Undertake accurate and timely, efficient professional administrative services.
* Locate staff through paging and public address systems during both routine and emergency situations.
About You:
* A strong communicator with effective verbal and written skills for interacting with a diverse range of clients and professionals.
* Excellent customer service, administrative and clerical support, including a helpful approach in challenging situations.
* Proficient in computer use, use of Microsoft applications - word processing, developing spreadsheets and data entry.
* Committed to upholding confidentiality and adhering to health service policies.

What We Offer:
* An annual salary ranging from $58,709 - $63,154 p.a. (pro rata).
* Short Term Contracts available (12 months) Full Time or Part Time will be considered.

Requirements:
* Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.
* National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position.
