This is a rare opportunity for driven culinary professionals to join a fast-growing and exciting new brand.Role 1: Head ChefAs the Head Chef, you will be the heart of the kitchen, overseeing all aspects of food preparation, quality control, and staff management. Your leadership will set the standard for the food we produce, and you'll play a key role in shaping the brand's culinary identity. You will work closely with our management team to ensure a smooth operation and consistently exceptional food that aligns with our ethos of healthy, ethical eating.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring efficient, smooth operations.Develop and refine our menu, focusing on healthy American-style burgers with ethically sourced ingredients.Ensure food quality and consistency across all dishes.Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients, ensuring everything is ethically sourced and meets our quality standards.Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.Inspire and train the kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Collaborate with management to meet customer demands and maintain a strong brand presence.Drive innovation and new ideas, ensuring the menu evolves with trends in health-conscious dining.Requirements:Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or in a similar leadership role.Passion for healthy eating, ethical sourcing, and sustainable food practices.Strong knowledge of American-style cuisine, with a focus on quality burgers, fries, and sides.Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a team.Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.Ability to maintain a high standard of food quality and consistency under pressure.Creative and innovative mindset, with an interest in developing new, exciting menu items.Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.Role 2: Sous ChefAs a Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen and ensure food quality and consistency. You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver delicious, healthy American burgers and sides while managing a talented kitchen team.
