Position Information Kooringal High School has an enrolment of approximately 890 students including 10% Aboriginal students. Kooringal High School is located in Wagga Wagga. The school is partially selective with up to 150 students who have gained enrolment through the Selective High School Placement processes. The school supports a wide range of curriculum offerings for students including a trade training centre and a purpose built performing arts venue. Students are supported by a committed staff. Demonstrated ability to work as a collaborative faculty team member with effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with students, other staff and parents. Capacity to improve social, emotional and academic outcomes for students through extracurricular opportunities and commitment to whole school priorities. Knowledge of and commitment to the Department’s Aboriginal Education policies. Conditions An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement.
