This role will see the right person leading the already established Victorian initiative in the sales, listing & marketing of commercial properties across the Geelong & the Surf coast region.What you can expect:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the marketplaceSourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Geelong and surrounding areasMaintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellersNegotiating property transactions from start to finishConducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial propertyCultivate & nurture strong relationships with key account clients and maintain high presence in the marketplaceDelivering market knowledge and advice to clientsCoordinate (with Marketing department) the marketing & selling of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums and videos.Qualifications:You are a natural hunter who is commercially astuteEntrepreneurial and commercially astute, ideally with B2B experienceYou are an excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholdersWillingness to learn and ambitions to growCurrent Real Estate License or Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate or be willing to study to become a certified agentWe foster an environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
