Your Role: Collaborate with a nationwide, interdisciplinary team dedicated to achieving water treatment objectives. Oversee and navigate the intricacies of multiple projects, ensuring the creation and evaluation of clear, top-notch technical documents that resonate with both specialists and laypersons. Take charge of projects, providing technical oversight, managing risks, and overseeing commercial and project management aspects. Implement relevant state and federal water-related legislation, adhering to industry norms and benchmarks. Who We're Looking For: Are you a dynamic professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field? Do you hold professional recognition such as MIEAust, CPEng, or RPEQ? If you have a background in consulting within the Water industry and possess a broad spectrum of technical expertise in Water/Wastewater Treatment/Process disciplines, we're looking for you. You should be comfortable taking on leadership roles, managing projects, and producing high-quality technical reports. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience is crucial, as is your proficiency with modeling software and analytical techniques. Your technical skills should include: Hydraulic design for water and wastewater treatment plants, including model development. System design for water conveyance, including both closed conduit and open channel hydraulics. Detailed design and specification development for treatment facilities. Risk identification and management for projects of various profiles. Additionally, if you have experience with CHAIR and HAZOP methodologies and are adept in safety design practices, you'll fit right in.
