We're seeking a Payroll Manager to ensure smooth, accurate, and compliant payroll operations.

), and employee contracts/terminations.Compliance & Reporting – Ensure tax obligations (PAYG, Payroll Tax, WorkCover, Superannuation) are met and stay updated on legislation.Employee Support – Address payroll inquiries and provide clear guidance on pay-related matters.System & Record Maintenance – Keep payroll data secure, accurate, and up to date while assisting in system improvements.People Leadership – Lead and mentor a high-performing payroll team, fostering growth, accountability, and inclusivity.QualificationsExpertise in payroll practices, procedures, and legislation (including Modern Awards).Experience processing weekly and monthly payroll for 500+ employees.Proficiency with Employment Hero (preferred) and strong MS Excel skills.A background in Finance, Economics, Business, or Financial Services is advantageous.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and empower a team.Bachelor Degree in Finance or Economics, Certificate III in Business or Certificate III in Financial Services can be advantageousExcellent attention to detail and data accuracy.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to investigate issues and find solutions.High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive payroll information.Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a broader team.Additional InformationYou'll be joining a highly motivated, agile team where your ideas and work will directly influence the direction and progress of an expanding global company in a hyper-growth phase.
