Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join our team, providing Level 1 support to a key financial services client in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional Level 1/2 support, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Administer user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365.
* Provide support for Windows 10/11 environments (MCITP preferred).
* Manage and troubleshoot TCP/IP, VOIP, Video Conferencing, and basic networking issues.
* Support Apple products, including iPhones and iPads.
* Ensure workstation PCs are optimized for reliability, availability, performance, security, and compliance.
Requirements
* A number of years of experience in a fast-paced Technology Desktop environment.
* Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
* Experience with IT Service Management tools and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
