The Opportunity: Our client is a non-bank lender shaking up the reverse mortgage industry with a new-to-market home loan product in high demand. An exciting opportunity is available for a Lending Operations Associate to join this small, close-knit team. Work directly alongside Founders and the Head of Operations to help shape the lending operations function and ensure a superb customer journey from initial application through to settlement and beyond. Typical duties include: Assist with the loan application and assessment process, ensuring all details are complete and accurate Ensure compliance and file management, working with panel solicitors to ensure efficient settlements Have input in the development of policies and procedures Support ad-hoc projects and process improvements in this agile and evolving start-up organization The Ideal Candidate: You will have a background in a support role within the Mortgages/Residential Lending industry (either from a bank, lender, or mortgage broking environment) with high attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
