The role: We have a great opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join the amazing team at our Gauge Circuit facility in Canning Vale. This role is mainly responsible for supporting the Business Development team. As Sales Administrator, some of your tasks will be, but not limited to: Assist in preparation of client quotations Administration of client pricing schedules Entry & monitoring of data in invoicing & CRM systems Purchase order generation, invoice processing & expense claims Processing conference registrations & travel bookings Answering & directing phone enquiries Backup support for front desk reception General administration tasks What’s needed? Ideally you will have previous experience and the following skillsets: Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Attention to detail / accuracy Sound written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment A positive can-do attitude, self-driven and highly motivated to succeed.
