Job Description
You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. You make our guests feel welcome from the first point of contact and reflect the exceptional experience that continues once they arrive.
What you will be doing:
* Manage inbound calls and emails, providing accurate and in-depth assistance that exceeds guest’s expectations.
* Process reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by phone or email
* Converting phone enquiries into confirmed bookings while maintaining accurate information in OPERA, including billing information.
* Enter rooming lists and update accurate information in the system
* Amazing attention to detail and experience in a fast-paced environment
* Consistently offering exceptional, friendly and engaging service
* Ensure the best selection for the guest, whilst maximising revenue through up-selling
* Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
* Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Prior experience working with Opera or another property management system
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and prioritise conflicting priorities
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
