We are seeking a Product Management Coach to drive the successful adoption of a new Product Operating Model (POM). This role involves training, mentoring, and hands-on support to product teams, ensuring they effectively integrate product-centric thinking into their workflows. If you have extensive experience in product management, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder engagement, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Training & Workshops: Deliver structured training on POM principles, processes, and tools.Mentoring & Coaching: Provide tailored coaching to product managers and teams to enhance adoption.Implementation Support: Assist with pilot programs, collect feedback, and refine the POM model.Change Management: Facilitate organisational transition, build communities of practice, and track success metrics.Key Criteria:Minimum 5 years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a coaching role.Expertise in Agile, Lean methodologies, and change management principles.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Proficiency in product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).Location: Canberra.Contract Duration: 12 months with 2 x 12-month extension options.Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV clearance to perform this role.This position is open to Australian citizens with a valid security clearance due to role requirements.
