About our homes
Our homes vary in size from 60-160 beds, each with a variety of care units.

What will you bring to ensure success in the role?
6. Demonstrated leadership within Aged Care with a proven hands-on approach
7. A strong Clinical background is preferred but not essential
8. Experience in driving a culture of continuous improvement
9. Proven ability to drive better care outcomes with a clear focus on person centred approach
10. Solid commercial understanding of budgets, resource management and key levers for profitability – to allow for better care outcomes and re-investment opportunities
11. Experience leading others through high-pressure situations or adversity
