The opportunity: We are seeking an experienced, safety-focused HR Drivers with Forklift Licence for upcoming work with our valued clients located in Burnie and East Devonport. Above award rates on offer Immediate start These positions require competent driver/operators with the ability to work efficiently, without direct supervision whilst outside the depot. A sound knowledge of freight handling and transport is essential. Manual handling and working a flexible roster including overtime will be a requirement for this role based on current contract requirements. To be successful in this role you must possess the following skills and attributes: Strong customer service focus HR Licence Current forklift licence Ability to complete manual tasks as part of day-to-day operation Flexibility surrounding roster requirements Sound knowledge of computer systems. Well-developed focus on safety within a logistics environment. Ability to work unsupervised. Full knowledge of federal and state road regulations including load restraint and fatigue management. Physically fit with the ability to pass a full medical assessment (including drug and alcohol screening). Knowledge of Dangerous Goods code relating to transport.
