About the role The Trade Counter Sales/ Warehouse Operator is a Full-time position, based at our store in Coff Harbour - NSW.
Reporting to the Store Manager you will delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse.
In this role you will: * Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers (walk in, email and phone) * To assist in the day-to-day activities within the store * Processing orders, invoices and payments * Maintaining high standards of displays and merchandising in our store.
* Serving customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g.
loading customers vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.
* Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping * To assist with deliveries when required.
Your hours are Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 3:00pm.
A forklift licence with recent experience is essential to perform your duties.
A minimum MR Truck Licence (manual) would be advantageous or willing to obtain one.
Retail Customer Service experience and Warehouse exposure will be considered as highly desirable.
