The Program Manager is responsible for the leadership, management, and coordination across the Domestic Violence Crisis Line, Safe at Home, and Specialist CALD DFV Services. These essential programs provide crisis intake, case management, and outreach responses to alleviate the effects of domestic and family violence.This is a full-time position that will promote and maintain a healthy and productive workplace through positive leadership, effective delegation of work, and transparent and consistent decision-making.ABOUT YOUTo be considered for this position you will have significant leadership experience with a proven ability to manage multiple, complex teams including those that participate in shift work and remote working arrangements.
