Duties
Manage, co-ordinate and direct the activities of IT Support Services including the service centre to ensure that efficient and effective client IT support and service provision and associated advisory services are provided across the Department and the broader education portfolio.
Period of Appointment
Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1.
Hours per fortnight
73.5 hours per fortnight
Minimum Requirements
* Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment)
* Appropriate post secondary qualification and/or industry experience relevant to the duties and responsibilities.
* At least five years experience in the delivery of IT support services.
