Your main responsibility will be executing outbound activities such as phone calls, emails, and other methods to qualify leads, schedule demos for our Business Development team.
You will also work closely with our Marketing team on outbound campaigns to drive significant impact in our expansion efforts.We'd be delighted if you're already working in the digital health or wider healthcare industry.Responsibilities:Outbound: Cold calls to book meetings for sales team and discovery calls to meet / exceed KPIsQualify: Assess and qualify inbound leadsDiscovery Calls: Conduct initial calls to understand prospect needs and pain pointsBook meetings: Schedule qualified meetings for sales teamCRM: Accurately log all interactions, notes, and lead statusesCollaboration: Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performanceProcess: Follow the process in a disciplined manner and identify and suggest improvements.Attributes:At least 2 years of experience in a similar Outbound Business Development Representative roleExperience in SaaS or B2B product-led companiesAbility to build and maintain an accurate lead pipelineStrong time management skills and attention to detailCommitted to consistently achieving and exceeding goalsCapable of working independently and as part of a supportive team.Join our team and be at the forefront of healthcare innovation.
