Key Responsibilities:
1. Produce accurate Bill of Quantities for the Construction of Single Storey residential houses
2. Liaise with other departments in problem solving
3. Assist Site based Construction Supervisors with plan and contractual queries
4. Submit quote requests to suppliers
Skills & Experience:
1. Strong mathematical skills
2. Experience with Databuild or Truth Engine highly desirable
3. Ability to think outside the box and problem solve
4. 2+ years experience in the residential building sector
5. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
6. Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
7. A happy, positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
