I am excited to present an opportunity for a Field Marketing Manager who will be essential in enhancing our client’s global market presence within the construction sector. This role requires innovative and tailored marketing strategies that go beyond traditional methods, specifically designed to address the unique challenges of the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilise Established Strengths: You will step into a role that comes with a proven customer base and enthusiastic advocates. By leveraging these assets, you’ll design compelling marketing initiatives aimed at increasing visibility and attracting new clients.
* Engage with Cross-Functional Teams: You will collaborate closely with customers and various internal teams - such as Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success - to gain insights into user needs and craft effective solutions.
* Adopt a Data-Driven Approach: You’ll employ a systematic approach that involves testing hypotheses, gathering feedback, and refining marketing tactics to suit different project types and geographical markets, including UK&I, AU/NZ, North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
* Cultivate Community Connections: You will explore innovative ways to build relationships within the construction industry, organising events ranging from grassroots initiatives to large-scale conferences. Creative strategies, such as delivering pizza to construction sites, will help engage your audience.
* Oversee Digital Marketing Initiatives: You will manage digital marketing efforts, concentrating on LinkedIn advertising and organic content to boost brand recognition and lead generation. Collaborating with design teams, you’ll create and optimise advertising campaigns.
* Implement Targeted Marketing Strategies: You will gain a comprehensive understanding of key audiences to effectively implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, engaging potential clients within their specific market segments.

* Proven digital marketing experience, with expertise in LinkedIn campaigns.
