This South Australian Government department is essential for the safety and security of South Australians. They are seeking multiple customer service and data entry officers to join them for a 2-month temporary assignment.
Your new role
You will work across multiple teams providing support across both call centre and administration tasks, providing exceptional customer service for both internal and external stakeholders. The administrative tasks you will provide will include data entry, data verification, database management, responding to email and post enquires, processing refunds, along with other business support functions. This role will also involve being rotated on a call centre roster.
What you'll need to succeed
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Previous experience working in a call centre or phone-based environment (highly desired).
* Administrative and data entry experience
* Exceptional attention to detail
