What you'll do
• Provide timely support to clients by conducting investigation and diagnosis of incidents and providing eHealth incident management processes to ensure agreed Service Levels are maintained.
• Supporting the local Deployment Coordinator to manage team members and activities to deliver the WSR program for supported sites.
• Engagement as a member of the team to ensure WSR activities (including WSR stock management of new and replaced devices, run up, deployment and installation of devices) are completed as per documented work processes.
• Ensure asset management integrity is maintained by ensuring work processes are implemented correctly and involvement with regular asset activities as identified.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
• Demonstrated technical expertise in the management, configuration, monitoring, and implementation of ICT environments in one or more technical domains – See Appendix 1.
• Ability to deliver high quality ICT support to clients, with an emphasis on managing workloads, prioritising tasks, and working unsupervised.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve ICT related problems within defined Service Level Agreements.
• People skills and personal qualities that facilitate the development of good working relationships, including mentoring of junior staff to enhance the provision of quality client service in a team environment.
