A Day in the Life:
You will be working under the guidance of our Sous Chef and closely with our kitchen leadership team to ensure seamless daily operations across Meribella Restaurant & Bar, Terrigal Beach House, In-Room Dining, and Conference & Events at Terrigal Beach House Venue.
We are driven by innovation and guest satisfaction, delivering seasonal menus across our restaurants, meeting spaces, and room service.
Both full-time and part-time roles are available.
Key Requirements:
* Valid working rights in Australia
* Experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi within a professional kitchen environment, accompanied by relevant trade qualifications, and a minimum of two years' experience
* A strong understanding of industry standards and expectations
* A diverse skill set and passion for the hospitality sector
