We are seeking a dynamic Procurement Specialist to join our Property Management business working with our major client - ISPT. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic sourcing, contract lifecycle management and supplier performance management with a focus on hard services and soft services facilities management. Here's a snapshot of your day; - Manage sourcing activities to ensure competitive pricing and alignment to business goals. - Support and implement responsible sourcing activities. - Monitor contractor performance. - Analyse the market to find new opportunities and optimize supply to enhance sourcing management. - Deliver on strategies to manage cost efficiency and secure supply. - Ensure contractors follow health, safety, and environmental standards.
