About the roleThe Fundraising Database Administrator (FDA) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of our CRM and third-party integrations, overseeing donation processing and supporter engagement.With a focus on innovation, the Fundraising Database Administrator develops and maintains efficient systems for processing donations, receipting, and stewardship communications, while troubleshooting issues and continuously enhancing the donor experience.Working closely with internal teams, the Fundraising Database Administrator provides valuable data management, segmentation, insights, and reports to support fundraising initiatives.Adaptable, proactive, and results-driven, the Fundraising Database Administrator is key to MacKillop's fundraising success, helping us grow and achieve our goals in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment.This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in South Melbourne, VIC within our Community Engagement team.
