About the role You will be responsible for a broad range of activities across the areas of Alumni, Foundation and Event Management.
In addition, you will maintain a comprehensive database of global alumni and their achievements, develop reports, analyse data, coordinate programs and events, and deliver multi-channel communications.
You will: collaborate with a range of key stakeholders to implement the Alumni Strategy; liaise and engage with students and graduates, encouraging active involvement in university life through innovative and engaging social, intellectual and educational activities; contribute to the delivery of Alumni Awards, Foundation events, graduations, alumni reunions and other corporate and public events; and maintain and develop the Advancement website pages and online newsletter.
About you Reporting to the Manager, Advancement and Alumni you will be creative and innovative with experience coordinating public events from planning through to implementation and evaluation.
You will have demonstrated ability to write newsletters, manage website content, produce clear and succinct reports, and engaging articles and documents.
You will possess: the ability to manage financial resources; demonstrated communication and presentation skills, including the ability to work independently and as part of a team; and proficiency in software packages, including all key Microsoft Office programs, web design, Contributor Relations and Adobe Illustrator (or software equivalent).
