At the heart of their business is continuously seeking talented professionals to help drive positive change.Job DescriptionMentor & lead a team of three Business Analysts.Engage with Senior stakeholders across the business to translate complex business problems into actionable technical requirements.Create and utilize artifacts including BA practice methodologies, requirements templates, process diagrams, journey maps, change and communication plans, and agile practices.Advocate for and implement better business analysis disciplines within the wider business and technology team.The Successful ApplicantDemonstrated recent experience in a similar position within the insurance industry.Experience leading and mentoring a team of Business Analysts.Strong exposure to Agile practices - Advanced knowledge of MS Tools (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365), Atlassian Toolset (Confluence, JIRA), process mapping, storyboarding, and wireframing.Knowledge and understanding of policy administration, underwriting workflow, and claims systems and processes.Experience with business system and process analysis with a strong systems mindset including all aspects of the BA value stream and solutions development lifecycle.What's on OfferHybrid workingCBD located officesEmployee reward & recognition programProfessional learning & development opportunities
