You will be part of history in the making, and while we're at it, we will be shaping your future too.Job Description:About the OpportunityReporting to the SRLA Safety Manager, Tunnels & Civils, the role of Senior Health and Safety Advisor will be a key leader within the SRLA safety matrix team by providing highly influential expert safety advice to both internal staff and contractors, in accordance with the broader SRLA's 'Active Client' Model for safety.You will assist in achieving unrivalled health and safety performance, and support the Safety Manager, Tunnels & Civil, by providing operationally tailored advice to our delivery teams and package contractors to ensure risks to the health and safety of personnel are effectively managed.With extensive experience and subject matter knowledge in safety, accompanying a proven ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels (e.g., staff, operational teams, contractors), your robust and coordinated approach will provide safety assurance of operational activities, to support the health and safety management assurance throughout the work package lifecycle.
