Job Title: Engine Product Technician
Job Summary:
A skilled engine product technician is needed to complete repairs and rebuilds on engine products in a service workshop under supervision. The successful candidate will work effectively with documented procedures and policies, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Applies documented procedures and policies to complete basic repairs and schedule maintenance, including preparing required parts and tools.
* Disassembles, inspects, and cleans engines and/or engine components.
* Assists with completion of required documentation, such as work completed documentation, time sheets, warranty claims, and quality forms.
* Completes training in line with skill and business requirements.
* Maintains work area and tools for cleanliness and proper operation.

* Product Repair and Maintenance by repairing and maintaining mechanical/electrical products following guidelines.
* Service Documentation by creating and verifying customer, equipment, and technical information.
* Technical Escalation by obtaining product technical issue information and utilizing available resources.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
* Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred)
* Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution
* Locally valid driving permit (Preferred)
Experience:
* Minimal level of workshop experience required
* Brief level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products
