As our first hire, you will be the driving force behind building, nurturing, and leveraging relationships with hospitality equipment suppliers who will act as key referral partners for our growing client base.
What You'll Do Develop and maintain strategic partnerships: Connect and collaborate with hospitality equipment suppliers—such as coffee machine vendors, commercial kitchen specialists, and more—to create a steady pipeline of quality referrals. Lead end-to-end sales processes: From initial lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation, signing, and ensuring smooth equipment installation. Nurture and grow referral networks: Continually enhance relationships with suppliers and industry stakeholders to expand All Day Capital's reach in the hospitality market. Tailor solutions to client needs: Work hand-in-hand with supplier partners to align our offerings with their products, demonstrating value to mutual customers. Refine our commercial strategy: Bring market insights back to the team, shaping and optimizing our approach as we evolve. What You'll Bring Proven experience in a Head of Sales, Head of Business Development, or a similar leadership role in or around the hospitality equipment supply space. A track record of success in building and nurturing high-value partnerships and referral networks. Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (essential); familiarity with PandaDoc is advantageous. High-energy, self-starter mindset: You thrive on building relationships from scratch and aren't afraid to put in the work to make them thrive. Solid hospitality industry knowledge and a strong network of suppliers and contacts.
