This position involves taking on more leadership responsibilities, including overseeing delegated activities and offering support to colleagues, all while ensuring the delivery of person-centered care.The Registered Nurse (RN / M1) role is ideal for nurses who are developing from novice to proficient practitioners. At this stage, nurses are focused on consolidating their knowledge and skills through continuous professional development and hands-on experience in various healthcare settings.
