The Australian Airline Pilot Academy (AAPA) with bases in Wagga Wagga NSW and Ballarat Victoria, is looking for a suitable candidate to join the team as a full-time RTO and Admissions Manager.The position location will be discussed with the successful applicant, however, onsite work at Wagga Wagga NSW and Ballarat Victoria will be required.Job Description: Monitoring and administering the RTO's compliance with the VET regulation, including CRICOS and VET Student LoansDevelop compliance monitoring plans based on legislative and regulatory requirementsLead all internal auditing for ASQA complianceManage Student admissionsRTO registration, scope extension and compliance audits as requiredDevelop, review and maintain relevant policies and proceduresProviding leadershipEnsure continued compliance against standard operating procedures.Manage, support and train staff within location/s.Coordinating and facilitating arrangements required to commence overseas students' training at the AcademyStaff communications (meetings, bulletins and other as required)Review and continually improve the RTO activities, programs and service delivery, ensuring that it remains current and underpins effective operations and high levels of quality and service;Contribute to any new business tenders (including State and Federal government funded offerings);Identify opportunities to create new business revenue streams within new and existing accounts, rolling out relevant training coursesManage the RTO to ensure they meet individual targets and KPIs;Staff performance management including trainer observations, development of individual learning registers, performance appraisals and professional developmentAttend company meetings and produce reports regularly.Ensure rectification of internal and external audit reports.Any other tasks assigned which may be reasonably requested from time to time, which contribute to the success of the organisation.Key Selection Criteria: The ability to develop effective relationships with senior management and broader employee network to develop and maintain trust and confidence, and act in a fair and impartial manner to achieve outcomes;Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a client base through business and customer development and management;Demonstrated organisational, project management and administrative skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines;Knowledge of State & Federal Training fundingExperience with VET Student Loans desirable but not essentialProven ability working to and meeting targets and KPI's;Strong administration and compliance capabilities;Well-developed oral and written communication skills;Demonstrated ability as a team player;Highly developed interpersonal skills – ability to build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders;Positive approach to a changing work environment.Salary will be discussed with the successful applicant.To Apply: Please apply via the 'Apply Now' button below. #J-18808-Ljbffr
