As a Senior Consultant, Valuation Modelling and Economics (Valuation), you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on your career and the world. Key Responsibilities
* Work within small project teams to undertake valuations of businesses and intangible assets for various purposes, including management planning, mergers and acquisitions, tax, financial reporting, and disputes.
* Take ownership of project delivery, managing and preparing valuation reports, detailed financial modelling, and analysis.
* Think critically, identify issues, and propose strategies related to the advice being provided.
* Maintain positive, productive, and professional relationships with client personnel and colleagues.
Requirements
* A degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business, with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
* Direct experience utilising various valuation techniques and methodologies, such as market comparables and discounted cash flow.
* Experience in financial modelling in MS Excel and related software preferred.
* Experience conducting valuations for accounting and/or tax planning purposes is desired.
* Excellent analytical, communication, organisational, interpersonal, and teaming skills.
