About the company: Yo-Chi was born from an idea to bring together delicious frozen yogurt and toppings, with an infinite flow of good energy, in a space where people of all ages can socially connect with their loved ones. Yo-Chi kick-started Melbourne's self-serve frozen yogurt scene with the opening of the first venue in Balaclava in September 2012. As of today, we have 38 venues with plans to double the size of the business over the next 18 months. About the role: The Marketing Manager's purpose in the business is to lead the execution of Yo-Chi's marketing campaigns, instore comms, website, loyalty program, and community initiatives. They'll be a critical custodian of the Yo-Chi brand, passionate about connecting with our customers, and tuned in to what's going on around the globe when it comes to food trends, social habits and general cool stuff. Reporting to the Brand Director, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for: Maintaining the 12 month marketing calendar and ensuring all the relevant people are across it Planning and executing campaigns – including briefing designers, photographers and videographers Working with the product development team on new product launches to maximise impact Maximising the customer experience in venues with relevant and up to date comms, and unique and engaging promos Owning the Yo-Chi website, app and loyalty program – ensuring all are regularly updated and results tracked Leading the PR agency to ensure brand opportunities are maximised Managing the Marketing Budget in conjunction with the Brand Director, and compiling monthly reporting on campaign activity and ROI The successful candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field Minimum 5 years experience in marketing roles Ability to handle multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines Great work ethic and a get-it-done solution-focused mindset Organisation, initiative and creativity skills all necessary Excellent communication skills No ego, just a natural confidence born from genuine ability and a willingness to learn Design skills are a bonus (we'll even be happy with Canva confidence) Ready to shape the future of one of Australia's coolest brands?
