Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the end-to-end development process from conceptualisation to completion.
* Conducting feasibility studies and due diligence on potential projects.
* Negotiating and securing projects, permits, and approvals.
* Coordinating project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
* Monitoring project progress, budgets, and quality control.
* Identifying and mitigating potential risks and obstacles.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to foster strong relationships.
The Foundation for Success
* Proven experience in development feasibilities and acquisitions.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Ability to lead pre-construction tasks, managing multiple consultants and project stakeholders.
* History of conducting tender and design reviews, including management of D&C contracts.
* Built form project experience - apartments, shopping centres, childcare facilities, and commercial offices.
* Estate master experience.
* Ability to lead PCG meetings.
