As the Workforce and Talent Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing workforce strategies that support VHBA's ambitious goals. You will lead workforce planning initiatives that align with VHBA's long-term strategy, partnering with senior leaders to forecast workforce needs and design talent solutions. Managing a team of Talent Acquisition specialists, you will be a hands-on leader and drive best practices in recruitment while overseeing data-driven insights on hiring trends, workforce analytics, and employee retention. Additionally, you will spearhead strategic projects to enhance our EVP, workforce capability and address skill gaps, ensuring VHBA has the right people in the right roles at the right time. A little bit about you You're an experienced leader in workforce planning and talent acquisition, with a track record of developing innovative workforce strategies. You bring: Strong stakeholder engagement skills – Ability to influence senior leadership and drive change. People leadership experience – Proven ability to manage and mentor a high-performing team. Data-driven decision-making – Experience in workforce analytics and strategic reporting.
