They have a large international presence, and this role will cover their operational across Australia and New Zealand.
Some travel within Victoria and potentially to NZ will be required, possible monthly.
Potential work from home offered, post probation.Job DescriptionThis role will include, but not limited to: Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulations, some IR.
Redesign on EVP and EAP programs.
Run employee relations and the performance management processes.
Assist in HR reporting and workforce analytics using SAP systems.
Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to achieve organisational objectives.
Support internal recruitment processes.
Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees within the organisation.
The Successful ApplicantA successful Senior HR Advisor will be able to demonstrate: Previous experience in a HR advisor or senior HR advisor role, both blue and white collar would be advantageous.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise and influence at all levels.

What's on Offer Up to $120,000 plus superannuation.
