The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Demonstrated experience as a chef in a high-volume restaurant or fine-dining venue Sushi, wok, pizza, and pastry experience highly regarded Strong understanding of food safety standards Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team Excellent communication skills Full availability and willing to work a rotating roster that includes opening or closings shifts, weekends and public holidays Working with Lucas Restaurants: We exist to see our team succeed.
