We manage several eCommerce stores including market-leader milligram.com, and we have our own expanding retail presence through our Milligram retail stores.As we expand distribution of our quality brands to new channels, we are looking for an eCommerce Manager to join and lead our dedicated wholesale customer support team.The RoleThe eCommerce Manager is responsible for driving the trade and conversion performance of the websites in the Telegram Co network, including milligram.com. They are also responsible for the management and performance of agency partners, focused on traffic acquisition and CRO.You will:Work alongside the Head of Omni-channel Retail to lead the company’s eCommerce strategy and drive successful implementation.Identify and implement on-site opportunities to drive sales through online channels and achieve weekly and monthly performance targets.Collaborate with the Head of Omni-channel Retail and Omni-channel team to improve the omnichannel customer experience for Telegram Co/Milligram customers, working with other departments as required.Ensure the loyalty program is accurate, optimised, and consistent across Retail and Online, whilst driving improvements with loyalty partners.Collaborate with the customer service team to implement improvements driven by customer feedback that optimises customer experience and drives sales.Work closely with the Marketing & Design team to brief on-site content changes based on conversion strategy as required.Conduct daily & weekly reporting and strategic commentary on digital and eCommerce performance, including performance against budget.Manage agency partners and integrations to ensure project and tactical delivery meets expectations and work is completed to agreed timeframes, quality, and cost.Provide leadership and ongoing development to the eCommerce team.Drive search engine optimisation and other traffic improvement programs.Advise Marketing & Omni-channel lead on ongoing improvements in ROI for digital advertising.Provide recommendations based on market research to drive sales and deliver an on-brand omni-channel experience, using available systems & tools.The Successful Applicant will bring:2+ years of digital/eCommerce management experience.Understanding of best practices in CRO and SEO.Understanding of eCommerce platforms including but not limited to Shopify & Celigo.Proficient in Excel, GA4, and other data analytics platforms.Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical expertise.Experience in leading and developing small teams.Experience managing project-related budgets.Why you will love working with usWe're a small but growing business, so you'll get to make an immediate impact on our ability to deliver a great customer experience.
