The Role Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of a wide range of shutdown and maintenance trades and/or white collar positions, you will work with a well-supported and experienced team to deliver volume resourcing requirements for a diverse range of Tier 1 sector clients.
Key Responsibilities Reporting to our Recruitment Team Lead you will be responsible for: End to end professional recruitment.
Advertising, sourcing, shortlisting, phone screening candidates.
Run job ad campaigns, conduct in depth phone screening, reference/background checks and face to face interviews.
Collecting and ensuring tickets, qualifications, licenses, inductions, and training requirements are met.
Utilising Warrikal and other Client systems (Job Adder and OPMS) for the recruitment and onboarding process.
Leverage internal recruitment metrics to help shape and influence recruitment outcomes.
Manage and maintain talent pools for future recruitment needs.
Internal business leadership and engagement to develop strong working and valued relationships with key stakeholders Maintaining a high standard of work including areas of administration, customer service, and compliance.
Providing weekly and monthly data for recruitment reports to inform and shape future recruitment and business decisions About You Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment within the resources sector.
A dedicated and professional approach to recruiting the right people for the right roles.
Proven experience in broad sourcing strategies with the ability to influence outcomes.
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic with customer focus.
Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment and able to adapt as the organisation changes.
