In this dynamic role, you'll support the Community Relations Manager and lead the charge in executing CBH Community Investment Fund activities, driving awareness and engagement. You'll coordinate a diverse portfolio of community investment projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest standards. Be a part of something impactful and exciting! Responsibilities include: Community Investment Coordination: Lead a diverse portfolio of community investment activities, while monitoring and evaluating the performance of community initiatives to recommend improvements. Marketing & Engagement: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing, communications, and engagement plans to effectively reach growers, employees, and stakeholders. Content Development: Create and maintain engaging content for social media, websites, intranets, presentations, and other corporate communication channels. Representation: Represent CBH at community events and forums. About You: Proven practical experience in community relations, including managing a large portfolio of community activities. Strong ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective in building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to develop and implement successful communication and engagement strategies that align with business goals. Excellent skills in marketing and employee communications, capable of articulating information to diverse audiences. Event Production: Experienced in planning and executing events from start to finish. Tertiary qualification in communications, marketing, public relations, or similar. Working knowledge of social impact and/or evaluation. A background in regional development and knowledge of agribusiness and/or agriculture.
