The Position
* Front Desk Reception - Greet all clients in a positive manner
* Monday - Friday - No weekends!
* Taking calls, managing the switchboard & responding to emails
* Key management
* Assisting the property management team with administrative duties such as documentation and data entry
* Assist with routine inspection packs
* General ad hoc duties
Skills & Experience
* REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE IS DESIRED
* Looking for a candidate who has a passion for real estate
* Well presented, and an eye for detail
* Passionate about the real estate industry
* A positive attitude
* Confidence & exceptional telephone manner & customer service skills
* Multi-task and prioritise your workload
